I went through over 7 hours of interviews and meeting with almost 10 team members. Only to be sent an email saying they went with another candidate. I understand and respect if they decided to go with another candidate, but after so much time, effort and preparation that went into the 7 hours I gave Kendo, I would think I would’ve at least gotten a phone call with their decision. Nope. Just an email.
I’m disappointed because everyone was so great and I think so highly of this brand, I’m only writing this to provide some constructive criticism. I strongly believe that calling candidates that you’ve had complete a lengthy interview process would really go a long way.
Pretty smoothly, 2 interviews, but slow process. Be prepared to wait out a few weeks, and also be prepared to go on zoom for one of them. Overall good, interviewers were nice
