Kendo Merchandise Planner interview questions

1st point of contact was with HR Recruiter. Conversation about my experience. Past that round, Zoom interviews set to talk with 2 people. Interviews were more conversational about my experience and situational questions ... Tell me a time when ... or How would you handle ... Next step was to take a Excel Planning Test. Had 1 day to complete and send test back. Never received confirmation from Kendo on receipt of test. Had to send follow up email to confirm they received it. After a few days, they finally confirmed receipt. I sent another follow up email about next steps and feed back on the Excel Planning Test. Never heard from Kendo. I can say officially they have ghosted me. Question to Kendo ... how hard or difficulty is it for your teams to be considerate/polite in updating/providing candidates the same respect that us as potential employee share with you? Please take the time to let candidates know it's not a good fit and thank them for their time .
