Super disappointed in my interview experience. I was completely ghosted after a panel interview, which was bizarre considering how communicative and “by the book” they were in the early stages. Followed up with my recruiter twice - no response. Then a few weeks later I got an automated email inviting me to make an account on their new Workday recruiting system. I’ll pass and consider this a bullet dodged. Sad to read on here that ghosting is a common occurrence at this company globally. Do better and respect your candidates!

Got an interview through a recruitment agent with same day notice (2 hours) so I needed rush to arrange childcare very quickly. The interviewer was very pleasant and it seemed to go quite well. They didn't ask questions that would make me demonstrate my experience very well and focused on areas I did not have experience in. I am still chasing the recruitment agent for an update and feedback over a month later.
