Two thirty minute phone interviews. First with a HR personal and the second with the Production Supervisor manager and another engineer. Both were relatively short. All communication was mainly though phone calls regarding the position.

Interview
I had a 30 minutes on-campus interview with Kerry. It was a behavioral interview consists mostly of generic questions that you can find on the web. I was told that the decision process will take a couple of weeks because they still have a couple of schools to go to. I asked if I will be notified even if I didn't get the position and was told yes. However, I emailed my interviewer about 2 weeks after my interview and there was no response. The interviewer was very nice and the interview went well.
