I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Kerry
Interview
I had a 30 minutes on-campus interview with Kerry. It was a behavioral interview consists mostly of generic questions that you can find on the web. I was told that the decision process will take a couple of weeks because they still have a couple of schools to go to. I asked if I will be notified even if I didn't get the position and was told yes. However, I emailed my interviewer about 2 weeks after my interview and there was no response. The interviewer was very nice and the interview went well.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Kerry in Feb 2021
Interview
Two thirty minute phone interviews. First with a HR personal and the second with the Production Supervisor manager and another engineer. Both were relatively short. All communication was mainly though phone calls regarding the position.
It was easy. Interviewers were late by 30 min and seemed overwhelmed. They did apologize for being late. General questions. Interview lasted 30 min. I was offered the job in five days.
