The first stept was the presentation of a power point about 5 work cases.
The second step was a group work, a discussion about another casa study.
Finally the standard job interview
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kerry (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview in the assessment centre felt like an interrogation. No emotions. They could have eased up the atmosphere a bit with a smile or a joke. The 2 men who were plant managers was just focused on finishing the question list.
For me I was not impressed with this company because I would not like to work with people who have dead personalities and so politely declined my offer.
Had a phone interview in December and did not hear back until February, offered place in the assessment centre. The questions for phone interview were about KErry group and what marketing strategy you'd put in place
