Interview
The interview in the assessment centre felt like an interrogation. No emotions. They could have eased up the atmosphere a bit with a smile or a joke. The 2 men who were plant managers was just focused on finishing the question list.
For me I was not impressed with this company because I would not like to work with people who have dead personalities and so politely declined my offer.
The first stept was the presentation of a power point about 5 work cases.
The second step was a group work, a discussion about another casa study.

Interview
After completing online application and tests, you are invited to a video interview. You are recorded while answering the questions. If succesfull you will be invited to an assessment centre in the head office Naas. The assessment centre consists of a presentation (which you have prepared in advance), a group cause study and a personal interview. If you are site based you will have a final informal interview.
