I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Kerry (Markham, ON) in Oct 2020
Interview
Simple, straightforward, no complaints. First a phone confirmation followed by a generic tell me about yourself in person interview. Overall easy process and no legitimate complaints. Management is a bit unreasonable but not there when I worked so my interactions were limited.

Question 1
Previous work experience and situational questions.
Long, dragged out and didn’t end up resulting in even telling me if I got the job or not after doing in person interviews. Waste of time. HR acted like I was bothering them after they recruited me and put me through 6 rounds of interviews to find out whether or not I got the job.

There wasn’t really direct questions asked. It was more conversational.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kerry in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process went very quickly and was pretty easy. The people were very friendly. After the interview process I was told they were on hold and would get back to me. For over a month I followed up and was told they were realigning the position and would hear something soon. At the end I was told they were going forward with someone else. Very disappointing after being strung along and thinking they were interested. The company seems unorganized and unprofessional.
