It's unfortunate, but the recruiters at this company are not good. I've applied for a few positions and was contacted often by recruiters, but then they ghosted me with no response. One recruiter passed me along to the hiring manager and was going to get back to me to schedule the interview; never heard back even after follow-ups from me. Another recruiter was supposed to call me at an agreed-upon day/time (didn't send an invite though); she/he called me at the wrong time, and I didn't answer because I was on another call. When I nicely pointed out that our emails said a different time and asked if they could call me then, they never responded, even after a couple follow-ups from me. I guess they didn't want to admit their error. A third recruiter reached out to me for a job and then asked for my availability to meet with the hiring manager, which I provided, but never heard back from them. It's clearly a trend of poor habits and culture; it felt like waste of time applying to jobs here, which is unfortunate.

Interview
The interview process took over a month. I spoke with 4-5 people from Keurig, all positive conversations. The recruiter was responsive up until the final interview. I had the final interview and was told I would hear back by the next week. 2 weeks later and I have still not heard from anyone. I reached out to the recruiter twice and did not get any response. Frustrating to spend so much time preparing for interviews only for them to not give any feedback.
