Interview
Full day interview with multiple high level regional managers. Rotated between 3 interviews and a sales pitch at the end of them. The best advice I can give is to be prepared and know why they are different from other banks.
I applied online and they later emailed me to set up a screening interview over the phone, which lasted about 15-20 minutes just to get to know me and ask basic questions. After the screening, they reached out to set up an in-person interview that lasted just under an hour.

Three 30 minutes interviews, one of which being a sales-roleplay, all within the span of an hour and a half. Each interview was with two people than changed each time, six in total. All of the interviewers were kind and gave good feedback.
