A recruiter contacted me via LinkedIn. From there, we chatted on the phone two times. I then applied for the position online and had to take an assessment. It was not a personality assessment. The questions were mostly about physics. I'm not sure what score I received on the assessment because the only feedback was that Keyence did not want to consider me as a candidate from that point on. I honestly thought I did pretty well so I am very surprised.
