They contacted me after I sent my CV. They called me and talked with me about the job, I received a super easy test, and was told I would be contacted. They contacted me and paid my flight and 3 weeks of accomodation.

The interview process consisted of an on-line 30 minute test, which was extremely easy. Most of the focus was on attention to details and basic grammar knowledge. Next step was a Skype call with HR lady. I don't remember answering anything difficult, it was mostly general questions and as long as you speak the language and are positive towards gaming, you are hired.
