Easy process just be honest and they will teach you what you need to know. They will give you a foot in the door for the plant life. Leadership is 7 out of 10 it all depends who’s you get but overall a great experience.
Long hiring process. Interview with 2 managers. Simple questions about background and experience. Nothing too in depth with the interview. Overall the interview was easy and casual. I Didn’t hear back for almost 2 months.

On line then they setup interview processes with standardized questions. They set am appointment up to be interviewed. Then ask you to talk a little about yourself. Then ask about your previous or current employer. The overall experience was pretty much like any other.
