Kindeva Drug Delivery interview questions

The interview process was very lengthy. My first interview with was the Hiring Manager in mid December 2023. Then I had a follow up call with the Recruiter in February 2024. Towards the end of March, I completed a 2 hour long 7 team member panel interview followed by in interview with the VP of HR. A week later I was informed that the team decided to go in a different direction and not fill the position at all. When I asked for constructive feedback, I was told I interviewed very well and there was nothing but positive feedback regarding my experience. The decision was made not to fill the position due to a change in direction of the department. I wasn't upset that I didn't receive an offer; however, it was concerning that after such a lengthy and robust interview process, the only feedback I received was the department still didn't have a clear direction on what they wanted to do. It left me feeling like I wasted a lot of time and that they were not as serious with brining on a new team member as I was as serious about starting a new role with a new company. I also wonder if they were just fishing for new ideas from candidates, with no intention on extending an offer. A lot of the questions they asked me were centered around strategy, employee relations and engagement.

There was a friendly panel of interviewers, out of the box questions to test your analytical and problem solving skills, there was an onsite interview. I heard back from the interview panel through my recruiter within a day or two.
