It provided pay checks, not much else.

Cons

Leadership is in desperate need of learning the skills of a 'true' leader. So called leaders, keep leaving and new ones with little experience get hired. The training and education programs are poor and the training team does not understand what adult learning is about. Lots of back stabbing, gossiping, negative work attitudes. I have seen good supervisors, managers and directors leave the company because of this poor environment.
