Kinross Gold Finance Systems Analyst interview questions

I applied online and the recruiter reached out on Fri morning to see if I am available next Mon or Tue. I replied within 30min to say I am open on Tue and did not hear back until Tuesday morning right before 9am to ask if I can have a call between 11am-1:30pm. I think the recruiter can reply with a timeframe on Friday or Monday to confirm the screening call instead of asking candidate to hop on a call in 2 hours. I do not feel being respected during the initial screening.
