Kirkland's Sales Associate interview questions

The interview process was easy because I arrived 15 minutes early. They didn't ask many questions, just my working style and if i like being part of a team. The rest of the interview we were just chatting.

I got interviewed by the store manager. She was very friendly and easy going. There were questions about my hobbies. Overall I found the experience very calm and natural. We went to the warehouse area of the store, so I could tell what I was in for just but looking at the back are. It was kind of a mess. It was what you would expect though. I was told we would at times be in charge of cleaning the area and making the area manageable.
