Knotch interview questions

A well organized, but thorough process that allowed for full transparency about the role. It began with 3-5 conversations with specific individuals on the sales team, followed by a mock sales pitch in front of the greater team. Everyone was incredibly helpful about how to nail the sales pitch, and spoke very candidly about the pros and cons of working at Knotch. They are as interested in accurately selling Knotch to you as they are about evaluating your fit in the company.

Honestly one of the best interview processes I've ever gone through. The team was extremely transparent and communicative throughout the process, as well as very helpful in clarifying any questions I had along the way. My situation was particularly unique in that I received an offer from another company while still early on in the process with Knotch, and also while at the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic. The team was very accommodating and worked with me on my timeline in order to move the process along, since I was on a deadline to give a response to the other company. At this point in time, the entire Knotch office was working from home, so the whole interview process (phone screen, technical screen, final technical interview) also happened remotely. While I do think it is generally hard to get a good feel for a company without actually getting to visit the office, I feel Knotch was able to translate their company culture by how they treated me throughout my recruiting process.
