Interview
The interview was a group interview of regular customer service type questions. The interview also included a tour of the store and then going back into the interview room to answer some more questions about the store and how you feel you could best serve customer in that environment. Management was very easy going during the interview which made it a little bit less stressful. There were also a game that was played but the game was geared toward getting answers to interview questions but making it fun in the process.

It was a group interview that took place in the training room, and was pretty easy. They mainly ask basic questions but they also ask how available you are through a week.
