I was in a room with 6 other potential candidates and we were interviewed by the two top managers. They would ask a question, and start with one interviewee and we would go around in a circle answering that same question. It became redundant because a lot of the answers became the same after the third person went. Nothing too original because we could copy with whatever else the people in front of us said.
