Interview
The interview went really well even though I was super nervous. I applied online and received an email for an interview about a week later and schedule my interview about two days after the email. Surprisingly, and thankfully, it was a one-on-one even though I was expecting a group interview. The manager was extremely nice and tried to keep me relaxed. This is the second interview I've ever gone to and I think she knew it so she tried to keep me as comfortable as possible. She was very nice as she sensed I was nervous and even gave me advice regarding the interview process once the interview was over on how to interview better. As for questions she mainly asked about my past work experience as well as school and some expected interview questions. I am a college student and was told that they will work with my schedule, all I have to do is bring in a printed off class schedule and they'll schedule me around it. I'm really looking forward to working with them. I've seen some people ask about attire and I wore a somewhat dressy white shirt, dress pants, and small nude heels to my interview. I was told that work attire is business casual, so like dress pants, a nice top (doesn't have to be a button down), and flats - she made it clear that I was not to wear sneakers/jeans. I was also told that there are days that associates can wear jeans, but those days are specified. I'm still waiting to schedule an orientation date after my background check and drug test results come back. Overall my interview experience was very positive, relaxing, and informational.
It was a group interview that took place in the training room, and was pretty easy. They mainly ask basic questions but they also ask how available you are through a week.
