First Interviewed by recruiter over the phone. Second Interview is with the manager of the branch location you work at. Looks for some one who is trainable; not too experienced and set in their ways. They want to know you are not scared to knock on doors and interrupt people. Do not be set on selling approaches such at top down or bottom down selling. They do like you to be able to door knock as well as make cold calls. *Worst part about interview process was being strung along for a month or longer for hiring. Because their owned by Konica Minolta they Konica Minolta hiring process is very long and they seemed to be in no rush to get me in the office even though they already told me I was hired it was a matter of paper work being completed. So, I went for a month without any income and questioning if I even really had the job. Also seemed like management from Copysource seemed confused about the whole hiring process because it was new to them since they are using Konica Minolta's hiring process.
