I was a recent college grad and bartender -- Had an interview with what was going to be my manager first thing in the morning. We went through my resume and some behavioral questions. How I handle rejection? Why I wanted to work there? Why would I be a good fit? I also asked several questions to make sure the fit was correct for me. Average commission? How long does it take to ramp up to hitting quota consistently? Average sales cycle length.... Then went on a ride-day with a senior rep, which was relaxed and nice to be able to ask them questions with less formality (but they are, of course, secretly interviewing you while you "chat" to see how your personality will fit within their culture). Then at the end of the day I had to interview with another manager, they asked more behavioral questions -- tell me a time when....? do you work better in a team or independently? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Phone screening went great, she told me it was a "breath of fresh air" speaking with me and gave false hope. Ended up ghosting me completely, even after several follow-up messages. Wouldn't recommend ghosting applicants, given how poor their company's reviews are.
