A really bad Candidate experience, Applied for the role, got declined, then not long after I was approached via linked in from the Head of recruitment to say that I have the experience they were looking for, went for a face to face meeting which lasted 1 hr, then nothing, no comms, no feedback nothing. I think this is bad candidate attraction, if you are going to approach someone then more communication is required.
