I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Konica Minolta in Dec 2022
Interview
One of the strangest interviews I’ve ever had. Two months after applying I received an automated email inviting me to an interview that contained very little information apart from the interview attendees and that it would take an hour. When I joined the call I was told the interview would be a series of questions and it would take an hour and a half, it actually went on for nearly two hours. At no point during the interview did I feel they were interviewing me for a role but instead it felt that the questions were about them trying to get ideas from me for their department. Would not share salary details and when I asked what happens next in the interview process they couldn’t answer although they said they would be back in touch within a week. Four weeks later I got another automated email to say my application had been unsuccessful.
I Met w hiring manager who described the position. About what you’d expect. Nothing out of the ordinary. It lasted about 30 minutes. It was cordial and I enjoyed it. I did not end up accepting the offer.
