Was contacted by a recruiter and urged to apply for this position on two different occasions. I applied both times, the first time around I had the initial interview scheduled and, before I spoke with anyone, they filled the position with out notifying me until I followed up multiple times. A few weeks later they had another opening for the same position and they "specifically wanted to interview me". I was able to have the first interview with the lady who would've hired me/been my direct boss. That interview went so well she wanted to schedule the second round and said if that also went well she would make me a verbal offer at the end. Before the next interview they filled the position again. Seems like if you were to ask a candidate to apply for the same job twice you shouldn't bail on already scheduled interviews.

Phone screening went great, she told me it was a "breath of fresh air" speaking with me and gave false hope. Ended up ghosting me completely, even after several follow-up messages. Wouldn't recommend ghosting applicants, given how poor their company's reviews are.
