I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Konica Minolta (Zoomvliet) in Aug 2025
Interview
The initial interview started off fine and the company's recruiter was professional. She provided a brief background of the company and then started outlining the job description. When she got to the base salary range, she said the salary was actually much lower (40% lower) than what was posted on their website and on LinkedIn. The actual expected first year total comp (salary + commission) was equal to the published salary on their website/LinkedIn. I kindly told them this salary was much lower than what I can accept and I encouraged them to revise the job post.
