I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Konica Minolta (London, England) in Oct 2018
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter contacted me within a couple of days to schedule a call. We had a great phone interview that lasted an hour and a half (it was scheduled to last only 30 minutes). After discussing the role and my previous experience we talked about salary, he said they could offer me only 5k more than my current role and less benefits, but I was ok with it as I was very interested in the company.
Went to a face to face interview in their London office about a week afterwards. I really enjoyed meeting two members of the team, and I had a very good feeling about the process. One of them contacted me through email to ask for a copy of my passport, so I sent it to him.
After not hearing back from them for almost 10 days, a new HR lady contacted me and told me they were offering me 3k less than my current role. I explained her that in our first call with the other HR employee we had discussed a different number, she got annoyed and said she had no idea were his colleague got that number from, and that anyways he was now working for a different team. After not hearing back from her for almost a week, I sent her an email, which she never had the decency to reply!
This was by far my worst experience with an HR department.
