The HR told about the internview process that there will be 3 to 4 rounds of interview. First round of interview was virtual. Next round was supposed to be in person interview. This is the basic overview. However, here the process starts, They scheduled the R1 interview, no one joined from KORE. Same story happened for twice. Next they informed the position is closed now as role requirement is no more. Then again they called after 2 to 3 weeks, again one position is open. They schedule the call again, yet no one joins the call. Then they re-schedule it, now this time, a person joins. The interview went very well. I was duly informed that I am through the next round and I will have to appear for interview in person. But then after some weeks after constantly following up from my side, they are informing me that I am not fit for the job role. Just realise how frustration that feeling is. When you invest your time and energy and they give illogical reasons. There is no established process at their end, everything is random. Seems the HR department is too lazy of Kore. Have had the worst experience of my lifetime in all of the interviews I have had. The company product is good, but the HR department is absolutely not doing what a standard company does in the process. They are not transparent in their process.
