I was interviewed at Kore.ai for the position of Conversation Designer. Interview had about 4 rounds. Cleared all 3 and even attended 4th, they advised me to wait for a 4 days after 4th round and they conveyed that my profile is on hold. No proper feedback on what went wrong. It's for recruiter and company to play with a candidates time and skill for 4 weeks and say "your profile on hold". A proper HR or company should have the decency to say to candidate. "the areas and the skills they lacked during interview process" so candidates can work on them for next round.
