Kore.ai Sales Development Representative interview questions

Very unprofessional. Full hiring process completed - they said they would have reached out for feedback. They didn't. One of the managers absolutely non-professional. She asked to scheduled 1h meeting (without any previous mention of the duration) on the same day with no notice. During the interview, she started talking about the fact she was fired from her previous job and how bad was the previous environment compared to the new one. Is this a "new" way to sell a role? Very unprofessional, very young, and visibly inexperienced. 3 interviews attended - no HR involved (very unprofessional) - they didn't provide any feedback.
