Interview
Kroger is demanding a one way video interview through TalentNow/Koncert.
These interviews are notoriously bad because they us AI to detect a number of behaviors that end up being racist and ableist. So much so that one company was forced to disable the AI part of their interview because of lawsuits over implicit racism.
More importantly, they waste your time. Interviews are a two way street, you are interviewing the company as much as they are interviewing you. The questions asked (listed below) are simple, but not targeted specifically to my job title or experience. (15+ years at a senior level.)
Frankly at my level of experience, video interviews are a huge slap to the face, and a red flag about the company.
