I applied online. I interviewed at Kroger (Houston, TX) in Aug 2015
Interview
Phone screening, then a group interview. Room full of people all applying for the same jobs, had to get on a team to pitch a product. Wasn't told it was a group interview so was surprised when I arrived at the location for interview.
easy enough, was for minimum wage so like it wasn't too bad, basically just posting this to get access to the site. i got hired and made about twelve or thirteen or fourteen per hour or 26 per two hours.
Phone Interview or screening where they asked a few questions and then was given one in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 15 minutes before an offer was made.
It was a typical phone screen. One round, no in person component. Took approximately two weeks to hear back. Very easy behavioral evaluation. May have moved to an online process since then.
