It was a very easy group interview in which they just ask you basic questions, and inform you of Kroger's history. They really care more about if you are available to work a lot. They also seriously stress providing great customer service, so that customers would always want to come back.

Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.

Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
