I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Kroger (Springboro, OH) in Nov 2016
Interview
The interview process was very professional and organized. They just ask you simple questions about your self and customers. It was very easy and common sense. My advice to other applicants for interviews is just be your self, answer the questions honestly and how you would handle them, and just be your self no need to be nervous and you will be just fine.
Interview only lasted four minutes. They told me what my salary would be, then asked if I was still interested. Set up a time for the orientation, and that was it.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Kroger (Garland, TX) in Dec 2022
Interview
Face to face interview. If offered job you attend orientation where you submit I9 information, schedule and things like that. You are able to negotiate pay and schedule. No drug test
Come in sit down and talk to a person about your past experiences on different jobs and how it kn relate to your new role at their job while you thinking do u want to work here or not
