Applied online and few days later was called for a phone interview. Was asked three behavioral questions. Was told I could move forward for a in store interview two days later. My in store interview I met the pharmacists manager and then a recruiter. Was asked about 10 behavioral questions about customer service.

Very briefly discussed pay (VERY briefly) and interviewer implied that there was a strict ladder for pay...hourly is low! Be warned!
However they will reimburse for all certifications, continued education, and licensure for pharmacy positions!! Big pro
But hiring manager was delightful and company seems to be family oriented

Very smooth, interviewers were very friendly. Ask about your experience and can feel about that company really cares about the customer and also employee! Overall is a great interview process

It was very straightforward and smooth interview. Honest and clear about what they were expecting and acknowledged my experience and offered me the role according to that even though I applied for a cashier.
