Interview
Phone interview after submission online. They called to ask some easy question and to arrange an interview. It was a one on one interview with the store manager. It was straightforward. Just brief introduction and explain why you need the job and some situational questions. Question like what you would do if the customers need help and there was a paper on the floor. They just wanted to see if you are friendly and helpful. The manger was very nice. I was not nervous.
