Interview
The whole process was quick and easy from start to finish. They mainly wanted to know if I would work hard and if I could handle an intense full-time job. They have pretty high turnover rate. So once those boxes are checked they say "you start next week.'

Very briefly discussed pay (VERY briefly) and interviewer implied that there was a strict ladder for pay...hourly is low! Be warned!
However they will reimburse for all certifications, continued education, and licensure for pharmacy positions!! Big pro
But hiring manager was delightful and company seems to be family oriented
Interview turned into positive casual conversation
Ended well
