Interview process included an initial no more than 15 minute phone interview with a Kroger Staff member followed by a no more than 1 hour in-person interview with a Kroger Management Member at the Kroger store you are applying a job for.
Phone interview functioned as a screening to discuss what positions the specific Kroger store was hiring for at the time and if you would be interested in them, scenario questions related to customer service, and setting up a time for an in-person interview usually within one or two days of your phone interview.
The in-person interview involves meeting with Kroger Management Member. In-person interview consisted of a few questions related to customer service, reviewing the positions you are interested in working as, and a tour of the Kroger you would be working at. If they are interested in hiring you, they will also ask about your availabilities during this meeting as well.
