There is a group interview, very casual attire and atmosphere. They ask you if you shop at the store often, and if so, what is your favorite item that you buy. They then ask why you like it and why you buy it, and how would you advertise to potential customers. They want to know how you plan to greet people that come in. You later take a drug test, the kind where you swab the inside of your mouth. You and the whole group go into a room with a labor union that tries to get you to buy into it. I'd advise you don't, as they do nothing. That's as much as I can recall. Very easy interview and as long as you pass the drug test, you most likely got the job. I even saw a guy in a muscle shirt get the job, but that was for inventory in the back of the store.
