Interview
I participated in a phone interview and after about a 10 minute phone call was asked to come in person for an interview. Interview was in the back of the store in the HR persons office and was very easy and quick. I got the job on the spot after a few questions, signing a couple forms and a drug test.
Interviewer was completely disinterested in me as a candidate, and made that very obvious throughout the "interview." It was frustrating to even be called in to interview when it was clear she didn't actually want me as a candidate.

Interview
Very simple and short. Only asked about experience and a little about myself. I was very nervous and expecting hard questions but that wasn’t exactly the case. Only asked a couple of questions and that was it.
Very easy, basically asked when can you start and when’s your availability. No real difficult questions asked. Was very stressed: no need. Please let me end the review. I’m done.
