Easy, anyone can get through this and most will get hired. The questions were simple, asked details about your past jobs, and why you want to work there. That was basically it. They are desperate for people.
Phone Interview or screening where they asked a few questions and then was given one in-person interview with the store manager that lasted about 15 minutes before an offer was made.
It was a typical phone screen. One round, no in person component. Took approximately two weeks to hear back. Very easy behavioral evaluation. May have moved to an online process since then.
