You have a one on one interview with one of the store mangers and they give you a drug test. They also ask about education and experiences that you may have that make you qualified for the job.
The interview process is not difficult. The manager is friendly and open to questions.
The process is fair. Each location is a little different due to location but they are always willing to give you an opportunity.
