I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger in Feb 2017
Interview
very good asking good questions about my experience and my degree and how can deal with people and organize my work to get better jobs , do i have experience in computer like excel and these stuff, they asked me about exam.
Online, then I called the store. Typical run around but I kept calling till I was told to call HR. 3 calls I spoke with someone that advised the store would reach out.
Not overly formal. Standard questions you would expect to be asked in interview. Two step process for me. Pretty straight forward questions and overall pleasant experience. Staff was nice and inviting.
It was a group interview and the manager showed up 15 minutes late. They were short tempered and seemed to want to rush it along. She asked us to leave and said we would hear back that day. Nothing.
