basically, as an intern, your hired. I was told which store I would start at and when to show up for my first day. I have later figured out that as long as your young blood Kroger will hire you. Kroger does not hire Licensed Pharmacist, they hire interns and place them into pharmacist positions after licensed. Kroger is dodging the EEOC and everyone should call and report this unethical practice to the EEOC.
