I applied for this position with a resume and cover letter. It was a good couple of weeks before I heard from them. I did a brief phone interview that asked questions like how would I deal with a difficult customer and others like that. They told me someone would contact me to schedule an in-person interview within a few days, which they did. During the in-person interview I was asked about my prior experience, why I was interested in this position, and my availability. They offered me a job at the end of the interview.
