Interview
Received a call from the HR at Kroger about 10 days after I applied. We scheduled an interview over the phone that day. Interviewed a couple days after that. Was given a drug test, and Kroger also did a background check. The interview was very simple and got an offer the day of interview.
Overall the interview process was fairly straight forward and the interview itself lasted about 30 minutes. It was mostly general questions and was pretty easy. It was a very relaxed interview and would recommend it.

Very quick and I honestly could've done this on the phone. It was brief and they just wanted to know how much you could lift. The guy who interviewed me was pleasant
group interview of about 5-8 people. Later each individual talks to hiring manager about the salary. The hiring manager tells them if the position is still available and you can negotiate with her.
