I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroger in Jun 2022
Interview
I have contacted through a third party technical recruiter(Experis to be exact) and the process took one week to set up an interview with four team managers. two managers showed up in the meeting I believe the meeting was too early for the other two(8 -9 AM EST), the interview was almost back and forth between the two managers and I, on my experience, about my previous projects, tool and technology, in fact I spend equal amount of the time asking them about the team, tools and technology they are using as well as the status of the team, project where it start, where it is now and where it is going.
There was no technical assessment, coding or any thing, I believe I didn't gave them time for that or may be they didn't want to, Three hours later I got a word confirmation about the offer.
