Only one interview. I got the interview because of a friend. I was asked a few basic questions, and primarily talking about my tutoring experience. We talked about whether I prefer working with brighter or less intelligent students, and how I handled them. I also came in for a class day to observe and try grading so my speed and ability to grade could be tested.

Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
