I sent an email with my resume, and they sent an email back with an application. I brought the application to my interview. The interview was mostly standard questions about my qualifications, and they spent time clarifying what I would be doing and the Kumon method. Then they offered me the job and scheduled my training.
No real interview process, easy to get through. I just contacted the manager of the Kumon I worked at, and I got the job in a couple days. Great for high school students.
Very straightforward and easy, went over previous jobs/positions but does not need to be relevant. Just need to elaborate why you want this position. There was not much needed to get this role
The interview process was not difficult at all. They asked very easy and basic questions that were not difficult to answer. I was basically hired on the spot, no stress at all.
